Rio Vista Outdoor Amphitheater Rules

To help keep all patrons safe during their visit to the Rio Vista Outdoor Amphitheater there are a few rules and policies to adhere to. It is a good idea to get familiar with the rules so that you can plan your visit without any problems. 

The venue is predominantly cashless, so concert patrons should bring a credit or debit card to make purchases such as food, beverages, or merchandise.

Prohibited Conduct

» Standing on seats

» Standing in the aisles

» Entering a seating area without the correct ticket

» Drunk and/or disorderly conduct

» Fighting or challenging others to fight

» Interference with the event or its participants in any way

» Throwing, kicking or discharging any object within the facility

» Throwing or discharging any object towards a person or the stage

» Using profanity and/or other offensive, racial, obscene, or abusive gestures toward or in reference to fans, performers, or other staff members

» Wearing clothing displaying profane or offensive material

» Use of artificial noisemakers

» Violation of any local, state or federal laws.

» Using/flying of drones without written permission by both Harrah’s Laughlin and the FAA.

» Bringing in pets/animals into the venue, excluding service animals like guide dogs

Additionally, everyone attending performances at Harrah’s Laughlin must present a valid ticket to enter, including children unless stated otherwise.

Prohibited items

The following are prohibited items and will not be allowed into the venue:

» Weapons

» Illegal substances

» Outside food

» Large bags

» Backpacks

» Disruptive items like balls, lasers

» Animals (with the exception of service dogs)

The security team may confiscate any additional items not listed above if they deem them to be a safety or security risk.

Bag policy

The venue management advises that taking clear bags to put items into will speed up entry. If you are taking a bag that isn’t clear, your bag should be clutch size or small enough to easily fit under a seat.
